How about if we don't have any friend to talk with the language that we learn? Here is the very simple method that can be tried. No friend is needed, just you and yourself. How to do this?

This method can be called as "Self Talk". Yes, you can talk with yourself as if you talk with your friend. Speak anything that you want with the words that you know. You won't be shy or feel worry of making mistake. Just speak over and over.

I have picked up the advantage of doing this method. I can speak more fluently then before. That's way when I don't have anything to do and alone, I speak to myself to make this "Self Talk". It's so funny that you ask question to yourself and answer it by yourself too.

When everything is practiced often and a lot, it will be a habit that bring good for us. Keep trying to do everything that make benefit for you, like learning this foreign language. Maybe you don't know the benefit of learning this language right now, but someday in the future you will be glad because of this ability.

3. The font is easy to read

Another simple thing that must be taken into consideration is simple font. Simple font make the audience easier to read the point that you want to make.

4. Supporting data

Use supporting data to make slide even better. For example you can use graph as additional information to the audience.

5. Use interesting picture

Picture can be used to describe the point that we want to share. It make the message that you want to deliver feel stronger. Make sure the picture is related to the point.

* Left side and right side have the same area, W x H

W = width of cuboid, H = Height , L = length. 

Now we will calculate the total area ;

Total area = front area + rear area + left area + right area + top area + bottom area

                 = 2 (L.H + W.H + L.W).

That is the total area of cuboid.

Lets start from its volume.

Volume of cube is :

There are six sides that form a cube and all is square. So, to calculate the total area of cube we must find the area of one square that multiply it by six (number of sides).

Area of a square is = L x L = L²

1. Use a good and appropriate template

A good template will make the audience enjoy your presentation. Just show the data that is correlated to the presentation. Use a correct image and don't fill your slide with to many picture that can disturb the content.

You can find a good example of template in the internet and use it as inspiration. Mind your font size and manage your slide to make it good. Use short keyword and don't type long paragraph. Long paragraph may make the audience don't feel comfortable.

When the presentation is going on, don't look the slide too often. You suppose to see and interact with the audience. That's way you must use a short keyword so they will listen to your explanation rather than read that long paragraph.

2. Make it in correct order

First slide to the next slide must be correlated, from A to Z. Don't make the first slide telling about A, the second slide tell about D, the third tell about B. This is not a good order. A good order will make our listener follow our explanation well.

3. Practice by yourselt

Before tell the presentation in front of audience, practice your self. Practice make perfect right? This will help you to perform well. Do this over and over until you can speak fluent and clear, also mastering it.

4. Prepare backup

Hard to Find A Solution for A Problem? Try This

Solution

Every day we're facing some problems related to our activities. Whether you are at office, home and anywhere, problem can appear suddenly without notice. The first think that we must do when a problem comes is stay calm. Don't panic, because it will worsen the situation. After that we can think a better way to solve it.

In this article, I would like to share my experience in correlation to my activity as a math teacher. Once I found a question that seem really easy, but when I tried to find the answer I didn't have a good idea for it. Stuck.

At that kind of situation, I tried to focus more and more and hope a good idea will appear. After trying some ways nothing happen, at the other hand I got more confused and it felt like my mind was overload. I couldn't think anymore. But I don't want to quit easily, because I believed that I could solve it.

If you ever find yourself like I have, try to practice this one.

Don't force yourself further when it feel stuck. Otherwise take a break and do some activities that is not related to your work. Like talking to your friend, see a beautiful view in your surrounding, read something funny, call a friend, etc. Remember that the activities you do is not related to your problem.

This like refreshing your mind with something different. And when I don't think about the problem, suddenly a good idea come from nowhere. I don't know where it comes from and soon applying this idea to find the answer. It works..

May be this sound ridiculous, but this help me a lot and often. Not just in the problems relate to work, but other problems in my daily lives. When I found myself got lost with a problem, I did something different and absolutely didn't related to work. Magic happens and I found a good way to clear it.

Another important think that "you must believe that you can solve it" and a solution will come to you. If you don't, solution never come.
